I am in-network with Cigna, Tricare, Medicare, & MHN/HealthNet. If I am in-network with your insurance and you have in-network benefits, you can call your insurance plan to ask about your deductible, copay, &/or co-insurance responsibilities.
If I am not in-network with your insurance, you can call your insurance plan to inquire if you have any out-of-network benefits.
If you do not have any out-of-network benefits & you will be paying for sessions out of pocket, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance yourself, or I may be able to submit billing to your insurance company directly so that they can apply your session payments towards your deductible.
